Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or related field.
• 3+ years of project scheduling experience preferred.
• Alternatively, 4+ years of project management experience, including tracking project plans against schedule baselines.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6
• Prepare monthly construction reports comparing baseline schedules against progress
• Identify schedule impacts and develop projections and recovery plans
• Gather scope, logistics and constraints from project participants to build accurate plans
• Lead schedule review meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Report project status and variances to management clearly and concisely
• Review, challenge and validate schedule information from external parties
• Carry out ad hoc analysis to support project decisions
