Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks a Project Scheduler & Planner to join its Scheduling & Planning group in Juno Beach, FL. You will build and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for a broad portfolio of energy projects, collaborating with originators, engineers, and construction managers from development to completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 3+ years of scheduling experience (or 4+ years in project management with schedule tracking).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or related field.
• 3+ years of project scheduling experience or 4+ years in project management with schedule tracking.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly construction reports comparing baselines to progress, including critical path and resource loading.
• Identify schedule impacts and develop projections and recovery plans.
• Gather scope and constraints from project participants to build accurate plans.
• Lead schedule review meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Report project status and variances to management clearly.
• Review and validate schedule information from external parties.
• Carry out ad hoc analyses to support project decisions.
