Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Florida is seeking a Project Scheduler/Planner to support engineering and construction of energy technologies. You will work with project originators, developers, engineers, early stage managers and construction managers on diverse projects including wind, solar, storage, and transmission.

The role requires 3+ years of scheduling experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Primavera P6 to develop, maintain and report schedules across the project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scheduling experience or 4+ years in project management with tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management or similar field.
• Experience using Primavera P6 for creating and maintaining schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead schedule meetings.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and progress project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline to progress, including CPM, resource and cost loading.
• Report status and variances to management.
• Coordinate with project originators, developers, engineers, Early Stage Managers and Construction Managers.
• Support development, engineering and construction across energy technologies.
