Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baselines to progress.
• Include critical path, resource loading, and cost loading in schedules.
• Assess impacts and develop recovery plans.
• Collect scope and constraints from stakeholders and embed them in schedules.
• Lead schedule review meetings and coordinate inputs across teams.
• Report status, variances, and impacts clearly to management.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and construction teams.
