Job summary

Tom Trese is seeking a Project Scheduler to support engineering and equipment supply projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed schedules throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with critical path scheduling, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of project scheduling experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting engineering, industrial, construction, mining, or heavy equipment projects is desirable.
• Knowledge of mining or bulk material handling projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules per requirements.
• Build and revise Level 4 CPM schedules and monitor progress.
• Analyze schedule performance and provide regular reports to PMs and leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
