Job summary

Harvey Cleary is seeking a Project Scheduler who will manage Primavera P6 schedules and CPM-driven project plans. The role involves updating schedules, resource loading, and reporting across multiple project types in coordination with project managers, owners, partners, and subcontractors.

The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with field travel and on-site data collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Primavera P6 experience.
• 3–5 years in construction management or planning/managment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress and develop distribution reports.
• Perform schedule audits in the field verifying progress, sequencing and durations.
• Travel to construction sites to collect data and update schedules.
• Assemble scheduling data from engineering, vendors, subcontractors, and others.
• Provide scheduling, manpower, variance, and progress reports for weekly/monthly updates.
• Develop weekly reports using Procore and P6 project meeting notes.
