Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of proven experience in project scheduling and coordination.
• Experience in power systems, gas generation, renewable energy, or large infrastructure construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software, considering milestones and deadlines.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet timelines.
• Risk Assessment: Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans to avoid delays.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor progress against schedules and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of schedules and changes, ensuring compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose scheduling process improvements and best practices.
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental standards in scheduling activities.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Scheduler/Planner to support our portfolio of power generation projects for Data Centers. The Project Scheduler/Planner will play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and optimizing project schedules across all phases of data center execution, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, EPC, operations, and external partners. Experience supporting data center projects is highly preferred.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in scheduling and planning methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.


• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations in all scheduling and planning activities.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.


• 8+ years of proven experience in project scheduling, planning, or coordination, preferably in the power systems, gas power generation, renewable energy or large infrastructure construction industry.


• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (P6 preferred).


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.


• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
