Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead planning for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects. You will develop and maintain complex multi-phase schedules, coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams, and drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project scheduling, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; data center project exposure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls within power generation, energy infrastructure, renewable energy, gas-fired power generation, or large-scale construction.
• Strong proficiency with project scheduling and management software, including Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 experience is preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex, multi-phase project schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, construction, operations, and external project partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Data center project experience is highly preferred.
