You will use Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office to gather, organize, and report scheduling information to the Scheduling Manager or Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support all planning and scheduling activities on the project.
• Gather and distribute information, and report to the Scheduling Manager or Director.
• Maintain organized schedules and coordinate with project teams.
