You will develop and maintain project schedules, collaborate with project managers, contractors and stakeholders, and use scheduling software to create timelines with milestones and resource plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls and scheduling.
• OSHA 30 certification required (can be obtained on hire).
• Experience on complex NYC-area projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules across all elements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to capture requirements and constraints.
• Create detailed timelines with milestones, tasks, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and mitigate risks to keep timelines.
• Communicate schedule changes and impacts to stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Analyze schedules to optimize resource use and efficiency.
• Lead regular schedule review meetings and present performance reports.
