Infinite Consulting Corp is seeking a full-time Project Scheduler in New York, NY to join the team and support both Infinite Consulting and the wider Construction Management group. You will develop and maintain project schedules, collaborate with project managers, contractors and stakeholders, and use scheduling software to create timelines with milestones and resource plans.

• OSHA 30 certification required (can be obtained on hire).
• Experience on complex NYC-area projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules across all elements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to capture requirements and constraints.
• Create detailed timelines with milestones, tasks, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and mitigate risks to keep timelines.
• Communicate schedule changes and impacts to stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Analyze schedules to optimize resource use and efficiency.
• Lead regular schedule review meetings and present performance reports.

Compensation range: $65-75 p/hour

We are searching for a full-time Project Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in the project for both Infinite Consulting and the wider Construction Management team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, considering all project elements and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
• Utilize scheduling software to create detailed project timelines, incorporating milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proposing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential impacts to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Analyze project schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance overall project efficiency.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules, discuss progress, and address any scheduling concerns.
• Prepare and present reports on project schedule performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within project controls/project scheduling desired
• OSHA 30 required (can be obtained upon hire if necessary).
• Experience working on complex, high-value projects in the NYC area.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting MTA projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and similar project management software essential.
