Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and optimize integrated schedules across a portfolio of capital projects. You will drive schedule accuracy, offer visibility with PPC metrics, and lead the Last Planner System (LPS) to improve execution reliability.

Responsibilities include baselining, critical path analysis, and coordinating with engineers, project leaders, and stakeholders. AAS or higher in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, or project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or comparable tools.
• Strong CPM, schedule forecasting, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience with Lean Construction and Last Planner System preferred.
• PMI--SP, PMP, or Lean Construction certifications are a plus.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules across multiple active projects.
• Establish baselines, perform critical path analysis, and evaluate schedule impacts.
• Monitor progress, forecast completion dates, and manage schedule risks.
• Facilitate LPS activities: pull planning, look-ahead, weekly work planning, constraint management.
• Track PPC, portfolio dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support governance, project reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Drive scheduling process improvements and provide training on LPS.
