Job summary

Infinite Consulting Corp. is seeking a full-time Project Scheduler in New York, NY. You will develop and manage detailed project schedules for complex construction initiatives, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project scheduling/controls, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project. NYC-area experience, including MTA projects, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within project controls/project scheduling desired
• OSHA 30 required (can be obtained upon hire if necessary).
• Experience working on complex, high-value projects in the NYC area.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting MTA projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and similar project management software essential.

• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules, discuss progress, and address any scheduling concerns.
• Prepare and present reports on project schedule performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

We are searching for a full-time Project Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in the project for both Infinite Consulting and the wider Construction Management team.
