Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Scheduler II to prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. The role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals and timelines.

The candidate will monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and present schedule reports with critical path analysis and forecasting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3–5 years of scheduling experience in AEC or life sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in AEC or life sciences industries.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is required.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value metrics, and forecasting.
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for schedule development and reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making.
