Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Scheduler II to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals and deliverables across multiple projects in the life sciences and food & beverage sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value metrics, and forecasting.
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for schedule development and reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making.
