Job summary

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduler II to collect and analyze schedule data for complex, multidisciplinary construction and major equipment installation projects. The role supports project controls, forecasting, and variance reporting to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, procurement and construction teams, maintaining schedule logic in Primavera P6, and communicating schedule risks and opportunities to project managers and the Director

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project or construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Ability to communicate, investigate, solve problems and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, input, and analyze schedule information.
• Generate forecasts, variance reports, and documentation for monitoring projects.
• Research factors impacting project success and schedule.
• Evaluate processes and improve scheduling efficiency.
• Report variances to project managers and Director of Project Controls.
• Attend planning meetings with stakeholders to align inputs.
