Job summary

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduler II to collect and analyze schedule information for complex, multidisciplinary construction and major equipment installation projects.

Requires Primavera P6 and 2+ years of scheduling experience; offers a base salary of $110,000–$130,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Salary ranges vary by role, level, and location.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific, construction or business field preferred.
• 2+ years of project or construction scheduling experience; Primavera P6 required.
• Experience with non-routine projects highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate, investigate, solve problems and identify solutions.
• Experience with standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools.
• Ability to review and understand detailed communications.
• Self-discipline, motivation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple, complex requests/projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, input, and analyze schedule information quickly and reliably.
• Generate forecasts, variance reports, and monitoring documentation.
• Research external/internal factors impacting project success.
• Evaluate processes; recommend scheduling efficiency improvements.
• Report schedule variances to project managers and Director.
• Attend planning meetings with stakeholders to secure inputs.
• Familiarize with engineering, construction, and procurement processes.
• Proactively seek schedule and risk information affecting timelines.
