Job summary

MasTec Renewables in Fargo, ND area is seeking a Senior Scheduler to drive planning, sequence work, and monitor earned value, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. This is an office-based role with 10-20% travel to multiple offices.

You will collaborate with project controls, estimators, and site teams, maintain the master schedule in Primavera, and produce frequent reports and dashboards for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years scheduling experience on engineering/construction projects.
• Proficiency in earned value management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor schedule and EV baseline.
• Create WBS and schedules with budgets and resources.
• Collect schedule updates from construction teams.
• Maintain master schedule and provide updates.
• Prepare reports and visuals from schedules.
• Analyze progress and identify issues.
• Support monthly reporting and Primavera databases.
