• Strong written and verbal communication for team coordination and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation and collaboration with project teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in tracking schedules against baseline plans and budgets.
• Evaluate project progress and provide regular schedule updates to leaders.
• Perform weekly schedule updates and confirm percent complete, remaining units, and durations.
