This role is based in office, so we are currently looking for candidates who are local to the area. Relocation is not available at this time. A Project Scheduler is responsible for tracking and updating the project schedule using technology and collaboration with team members. A Scheduler II is responsible for the following:
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A year of scheduling work experience. Ability to understand other trade’s activities in a project schedule. Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite Applications. Advanced understanding of construction, fabrication OR BIM workflows & processes. Competency in prioritizing multiple tasks demanding immediate attention, and managing multiple, on-going, concurrent responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate new information, analyzing appropriately and applying in new situations. Advanced written or verbal communication skills. Travel Requirements: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to job sites and company locations. Periodic travel may be required to support training initiatives, onboarding activities, and workforce development programs.
