• Maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM): forecasting, baselining, tracking.
• Coordinate budgets/change orders with estimating, PM, and accounting teams.
• Generate operational/financial reports from data sources.
• Track labor hours, productivity trends, and project metrics.
• Communicate findings to teams and leadership.
• Assist with monthly billing and cash flow reporting.
