Qualifications

• 1+ year of scheduling work experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts and KPI tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Track and update project schedule using P6 and team input.
• Mentor newer team members and support 3,000+ activity schedules.
• Interface with Operations/Deliver to discuss impact and resolutions.
• Perform QA/QC on schedule submissions per KPI standards.
• Participate in weekly schedule updates and client communication.
