What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to manage technology solutions for clients effectively
- Support clients by leading them through processes and resolving any issues to ensure successful product utilization
- Conduct business analysis, including gap analysis and requirements elicitation, to understand and meet client needs
- Oversee user acceptance testing and change management processes, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide subject matter expertise to R&D and operational groups, incorporating industry best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the utility customer life cycle (meter to cash)
- Familiarity with utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality
- Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience working with both business and IT teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within North America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in software implementation for the utility sector
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to engage at all levels of the client organization
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in system configuration
