Job summary

BELL Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Building Division in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing CPM schedules from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to keep large-scale commercial projects on track.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least five years of CPM scheduling experience, including Primavera/P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of project scheduling experience in large-scale commercial construction.
• Experience with CPM scheduling methodologies and Primavera/P6.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and updates CPM schedules for large commercial projects.
• Reviews schedules and provides feedback to ensure accuracy and development quality.
• Collaborates with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors for sequencing and durations.
• Monitors progress, identifies schedule impacts, delays, and risks.
• Analyzes variances and recommends recovery plans.
• Prepares monthly schedule updates and executive summaries for leadership.
• Supports preconstruction with conceptual and proposal schedules.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
