Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an Assistant Planner/Scheduler to join our preconstruction and scheduling team in Nashville. You will assist in developing and managing detailed project schedules, coordinating with project management, field teams, and subs to ensure project milestones are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field, with construction experience and familiarity with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related program.
• Work experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Learning mindset and aptitude for growing construction knowledge.
• Willingness to work hard and handle significant responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall development of detailed project schedule.
• Assist in collecting project progress and updating project status.
• Work with the project management and senior scheduling team to help set project goals and analyze the status of the project.
• Assist in analysis of schedules to determine duration and logic issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel and/or relocation may be necessary depending on the project needs and location.
