Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Scheduler & Sr. Scheduler for commercial construction projects in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction, a strong working knowledge of Primavera 6, and a bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Responsibilities include overseeing project scheduling activities and developing internal and external reports. Experience on projects valued at $20M+ is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous industrial or commercial construction experience is required.
• B.S. Degree Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project-scheduling activities for assigned projects.
• Create schedules based on knowledge of schedule development and construction industry.
• Maintain a database of probable schedule durations.
• Develop project schedule layouts in conjunction with the project team.
