Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a skilled Schedule Analyst to manage project schedules, resources, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with the Program Manager to synchronize multi-TDP schedules and ensure timely program execution across global teams.

The ideal candidate will perform QA reviews, support TDP development, and present findings in management meetings, while driving continuous improvements in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: BA/BS or MA/MS, or AA with experience, or no degree with related experience.
• Strong background in project scheduling, resource loading, and performance reporting.
• Experience coordinating with Program Manager to align schedules across multiple tools/TDPS.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Maintains project schedules and associated resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting
• Coordinates with the Program Manager (PM) to establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program schedule execution across multiple TDPs with a focus on schedules and associated resource management
• Performs Schedule Quality Assurance reviews in consultation with TO and TDP leadership. Provides support to the development of TDPs, including resource-loading (personnel, BOM, ODC)
• Collects and implements schedule status, provides critical path analysis, implements baseline changes, and prepares monthly reports on resource utilization at TO level
• Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders
• Presents the master schedule as required during program management meetings
• Establishes and enforces schedule guidelines across the program
• Coordinates with all business advisory units involved in the technical proposal process to ensure efficient proposal development program wide
• Assists engineering team with development and administration of automated workflows pertinent to TDL and TDP development
• Reconciles monthly PERSTAT, and other reports/deliverables as needed
• Serve as the TDL/TDP schedule liaison between the team and the USG customer
• Performs independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics
• Evaluates and recommends process improvements to support project planning objectives

Qualifications

Education/Experience: (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Deg)

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Desired Experience

• Experience in maintaining project schedules and associated resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting
• Experience in coordinating with the PM to establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program schedule execution across multiple TDPs with a focus on schedules and associated resource management
• Experience in performing Schedule Quality Assurance reviews in consultation with TO and TDP leadership
• Experience in providing support to the development of TDPs, including resource-loading (personnel, BOM, ODC). Experience in collecting and implementing schedule status, providing critical path analysis, implementing baseline changes, and preparing monthly reports on resource utilization at TO level
• Experience in communicating schedule impacts and proposing corrective actions to applicable stakeholders
• Experience in presenting the master schedule as required during program management meetings
• Experience in establishing and enforcing schedule guidelines across the program
• Experience in performing independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics
