Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Schedule Management professional to maintain program schedules, coordinate with the Program Manager, and support schedule QA across multiple TDPs. You will ensure timely resource loading and monthly reporting on utilization, collaborating with engineering and leadership.

Active Secret Clearance required; BA/BS or higher preferred. This role is based in the United States, Orlando, with the opportunity to influence scheduling across programs and contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains project schedules and associated resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting
  • Coordinates with the Program Manager (PM) to establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program schedule execution across multiple TDPs with a focus on schedules and associated resource management
  • Performs Schedule Quality Assurance reviews in consultation with TO and TDP leadership. Provides support to the development of TDPs, including resource-loading (personnel, BOM, ODC)
  • Collects and implements schedule status, provides critical path analysis, implements baseline changes, and prepares monthly reports on resource utilization at TO level
  • Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders
  • Presents the master schedule as required during program management meetings
  • Establishes and enforces schedule guidelines across the program
  • Coordinates with all business advisory units involved in the technical proposal process to ensure efficient proposal development program wide
  • Assists engineering team with development and administration of automated workflows pertinent to TDL and TDP development
  • Reconciles monthly PERSTAT, and other reports/deliverables as needed
  • Serve as the TDL/TDP schedule liaison between the team and the USG customer
  • Performs independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics
  • Evaluates and recommends process improvements to support project planning objectives
Qualifications

Education/Experience: (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Deg)

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
