Elevait Solutions in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Project Scheduler to build and maintain integrated schedules across multiple capital projects, onsite with occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Two plus years of scheduling, project controls, or project coordination experience.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CPM schedules in a dedicated scheduling platform.
  • Understanding of critical path, schedule forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • AAS degree or higher in construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and analyze integrated schedules across multiple active capital projects.
  • Set project baselines and run critical path analysis.
  • Evaluate schedule impacts and develop recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with project leaders, engineers, and contractors to track progress and forecast completion dates.
  • Identify and log schedule risks and constraints.
  • Support Last Planner System activities including pull planning and look-ahead planning.
  • Track and report schedule performance metrics including Percent Plan Complete.
  • Prepare portfolio level dashboards and status reports for leadership.
  • Support project reviews and governance meetings.
  • Travel occasionally to other manufacturing sites in North Carolina.

What We Need From You

  • Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software
  • Last Planner System and Lean Construction planning experience
  • PMP, PMI-SP, or Lean Construction certification
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard building from schedule data
  • Experience sequencing construction activities and field execution
