Responsibilities

As a Project Scheduler, your main duties will include:

• Developing comprehensive project schedules, including all planning and execution details.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to understand and address their needs.
• Analyzing project specifications and contracts to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
• Identifying and managing potential risks and devising contingency plans.
• Updating and adjusting schedules according to project progress, changes in work scope, and unforeseen delays.
• Providing regular reports on project status, including completion percentages, time extensions, and any potential schedule setbacks.
• Monitoring and controlling project milestones and critical paths for projects.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Permanent Project Scheduler, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
