Position Summary

The Senior Scheduling Engineer develops, maintains, and analyzes project schedules and reports variances within a market segment.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop proposal and pre-construction schedules.
• Participate in project kickoff and startup meetings.
• Develop and assist in gaining approval for Project Baseline Schedules.
• Ensure work follows contract documents and policies.
• Facilitate planning meetings and scheduling workshops.
• Load resources, analyze resource leveling, and optimize schedules.
• Collect, review, and analyze schedule status and variances.
• Forecast future performance using various data points.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate with project management.
• Develop 'what if' scenarios and document changes.
• Develop and maintain 4D models and perform productivity analysis.
• Provide scheduling training and contribute to FAQs for internal training.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Exposure to construction logistics, techniques, and scheduling software like Primavera P6 is preferred.

The role is remote within the U.S., with stationing at any project site across North America.
