Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project schedules, including all planning and execution details.
2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to understand and meet their needs.
3. Analyze project specifications and contracts to determine timelines, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
4. Identify and manage potential risks, creating contingency plans.
5. Update and adjust schedules based on project progress, scope changes, and delays.
6. Provide regular project status reports, including completion percentages and potential setbacks.
7. Monitor project milestones and critical paths.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in construction.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
