Job description

This position will support the Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division by developing and maintaining project schedules.

Primary Duties:

• Develop, maintain, and refine Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project utilizing program team input and project documentation including inputs and dependencies from master project/subproject integration.
• Review or evaluate project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), contractor Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Facilitate meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various project stakeholders.
• Status schedules on a routine basis, identify, evaluate and present critical path analysis, and analyze schedule data to identify resource constraints and risks.
• Format and present schedule information and data using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and OnePager Pro.

Job Location:

Remote — Candidate must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.Occasional travel to Nine 30 headquarters in Lexington Park, MD is required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of scheduling fundamentals with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or project support
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Project to build and maintain project schedules
• OnePager Pro proficiency or experience, preferred

Clearance:

This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires anActive Secret Security Clearance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is$80,000 - $94,500.
