Job summary

Bright Minds in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Security Project Scheduler to support large-scale low-voltage, electronic security, fire alarm, and life safety projects. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with Project Managers, Operations, field leadership, subcontractors, and customers.

This role covers CPM analysis, resource planning, procurement coordination, labor forecasting, schedule recovery planning, and ongoing project reporting

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience within construction or project controls environments.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and schedule recovery planning.
  • Experience supporting large-scale low-voltage, electronic security, fire alarm, or life safety projects.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze complex project schedules across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating schedules with Project Managers, subcontractors, field operations, procurement, and GC.

Security Project Scheduler (Primavera P6 / Low Voltage Systems)


Location: Phoenix, AZ


Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + Benefits


Bright Minds is searching for an experienced Security Project Scheduler to support large-scale low-voltage, electronic security, fire alarm, and life safety projects for a leading systems integration organization. This role will focus on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for complex construction and mission-critical environments, including data centers and enterprise infrastructure projects.


In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Operations, Field Leadership, subcontractors, and customers to build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. You’ll be responsible for schedule development, CPM analysis, resource planning, procurement coordination, labor forecasting, schedule recovery planning, and ongoing project reporting to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with customer and contractual milestones.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong construction scheduling and project controls experience who enjoys working in fast-paced environments supporting highly technical projects involving electronic security, fire alarm, and low-voltage infrastructure systems.


Requirements for the Security Project Scheduler (Primavera P6 / Low Voltage Systems):



  • 3-5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience within construction or project controls environments

  • Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling and schedule recovery planning

  • Experience supporting large-scale low-voltage, electronic security, fire alarm, or life safety projects

  • Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze complex project schedules across multiple stakeholders and trades

  • Experience coordinating schedules with Project Managers, subcontractors, field operations, procurement, and General Contractors

  • Strong understanding of installation sequencing, procurement coordination, and field execution processes

  • Experience generating look-ahead schedules, schedule variance reports, and project forecasting updates

  • Ability to identify schedule risks, labor constraints, and project impacts while developing practical recovery plans

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and reporting tools

  • Data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction project experience preferred
