Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of Primavera P6 experience in construction scheduling.
• Experience coordinating schedules with GC, subs, field ops, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale low-voltage projects (security, fire alarm, life safety).
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Field Leaders, and subcontractors to align schedules with scope, milestones, and resource availability.
• Perform CPM scheduling analysis, identify schedule risks, delays, and conflicts, and provide recovery recommendations.
• Update schedules based on field progress, procurement status, manpower, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Field Operations to validate project readiness and schedule accuracy.
• Generate schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
