Job description

Develop and maintain program schedules for educational facility construction projects, including interpreting detailed drawings, reviewing contractor schedules, performing schedule analysis, and conducting site visits.

Ensure schedule quality and accuracy, communicate effectively with contractors, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling, preferably in educational or public works projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with additional experience if degree is in another field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Understanding of cost engineering and schedule forensics.
