Overview

Cordoba Corporation, a leading engineering firm in California is looking for a Program Scheduler to provide support in the Education Facilities Sector. The Program Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring logical sequencing, milestone tracking, and constraint identification across various construction projects. They actively monitor scheduling issues, applying best practices and industry standards to optimize project timelines. By gathering accurate updates from project teams, they conduct quality assurance and control (QA/QC) to maintain schedule integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types.
  • Monitors and actively participates in project and program scheduling issues while administering best practices and standards.
  • Obtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on information received.
  • Creates and develops conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year projects.
  • Prepares ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management
Qualifications
  • Six (6) years full time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facilities or public works projects
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
  • Proficiency in Primavera 19.12 or above and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods
  • Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and planning skills
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management

Salary Range: $134,400 to $152,000 per year

Location: Los Angeles, CA.

Work Environment: Onsite
