Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in Greenville, SC is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules across Infrastructure Solutions programs. You will partner with Program Managers, Solutions Architects, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure schedule accuracy and proactive timeline management.

You will support proposal-stage preliminary schedules and detailed execution schedules, track baselines, perform what-if analyses, and maintain risk registers to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, financial or project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC.
• Advanced use of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore.
• Plus if you have deep understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods, industrial-scale piping and power systems, and complex manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules across programs.
• Track, analyze, and report weekly schedule information to project teams.
• Ensure schedule accuracy with version control and manage delays.
• Develop scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control.
• Monitor progress, identify critical activities, and forecast; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain the project risk register to minimize schedule impact.
• Track baselines, perform what-if analyses, and develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional departments to resolve project issues and action items.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across Vertiv Infrastructure Solutions programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Solutions Architects, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure schedule accuracy, risk visibility, and proactive timeline management.

The scheduler supports both proposal-stage preliminary schedules and fully detailed execution schedules, ensuring alignment with project scope, and customer commitments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create,monitor, and analyze project schedulesin accordance withstandard of best project practice.
• Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
• Ensure accuracy of project schedules, performed version control,identifypotential project scheduledelaysandfacilitatinginterventionin a timely manner.
• Prepare, implement, andmonitorscopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.
• Monitor projects’ progress, includingidentifyingcritical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date. Recommend actions to keepprojecton track and within budget.
• Maintainproject risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.
• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
• Perform coordination of cross-functional departments toidentifyproject issues,monitoraction items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
