Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules across Vertiv Infrastructure Solutions programs. You’ll partner with Program Managers, Solutions Architects, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure schedule accuracy and proactive timelines.

The role covers both proposal schedules and detailed execution plans, aligned with scope and customer commitments, enabling timely project delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC.
• Advanced use of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice.
• Track, analyze, and report information to allow project teams to manage their projects and weekly reports.
• Ensure accuracy of project schedules, perform version control, identify potential delays and intervene timely.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using WBS for control and integrity.
• Monitor progress, identify critical activities, review forecasts and progress; recommend actions to keep on track and within budget.
• Maintain project risk register to minimize impact on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
