Job summary

netPolarity is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler in Detroit, MI, for a 10+ month contract. The role focuses on creating and managing integrated master schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring baselines, and coordinating across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

You will develop IMS, monitor progress, generate dashboards, and communicate critical milestones to stakeholders while identifying risks and recovery options. Hybrid work setup preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Utilities and/or EPC project experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones.
• Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment.
