The Project Scheduler will be responsible for assessing enterprise resource demand, managing a system that provides an overview of the project portfolio schedule, and supporting proper resource allocation.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in project controls, scheduling, management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and present complex data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage systems communicating resource demand.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments to incorporate inputs into the Master Schedule.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and relevant stakeholders, including defining protocols, assisting in meetings, and providing updates.
• Maintain and monitor project progress tracking.
• Facilitate regular schedule and resource reviews.
