Job description

The role of a Project Scheduler is to support the Project Manager and project team in project scheduling and planning. The Project Scheduler will work with the battery storage organization based in the Americas, reporting to the Project Director and Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Energy Storage project and engineering teams to lead project scheduling efforts for battery storage projects.
• Develop weekly project status schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create and manage logic-tied schedules.
• Issue weekly schedule status reports.
• Develop and distribute resource histograms.
• Prepare and distribute excel-based variance analysis reports and KPIs.
• Develop cost and schedule data for baseline schedules and cost reporting.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing schedules for EPC construction projects and project controls.
• Expert knowledge and proficiency in scheduling tools including Primavera P6 and MS Project Schedule.
• Understanding of EVMS.
• Advanced Excel skills for developing KPIs using project controls tools.
