Relationship Development | Senior Delivery Consultant in Energy Sector

Start Date: July 2025

• Atlanta, GA (preferred)
• Schenectady, NY (least preferred)
• Work Setup: Primarily remote with occasional in-office meetings and site visits as needed

We're seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support high-impact Power Generation projects—ranging from Natural Gas Turbines to Combined Cycle and Steam Turbine systems. This is a unique opportunity to work on EPC-driven infrastructure projects in a remote-first role while staying close to execution teams and field activity.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage integrated L2/L3 schedules for medium-scale equipment-focused power projects
• Align internal schedules with customer and EPC partner timelines
• Monitor KPIs (critical path, on-time delivery, physical progress) and ensure schedule integrity
• Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims, perform forensic delay analysis, and track impacts
• Ensure schedule alignment during ITO/OTR handoffs, commitment meetings, and functional reviews
• Provide proactive analysis, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder reporting
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to keep execution on track

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in Project Controls/Scheduling within Power Generation and EPC environments
• Deep understanding of the installation lifecycle for major equipment (gas turbines, steam turbines, etc.)
• Expertise in Primavera P6 (resource-loaded schedules)
• Familiarity with contracts, schedule risk, and how to support claim documentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• International project experience
• Hands-on involvement with EOT claims or schedule risk mitigation
