Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative, reporting to the Regional Manager. This role is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals within the Infrastructure segment in the designated region.

We offer

  • Competitive pay plus quarterly sales incentives: Base salary of $95,000-$100,000 (depending on experience), with potential for total earnings of $150,000+ including incentives.
  • Company Car: To support travel needs.
  • Remote Work: Flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand product sales in your region by growing the customer base among specialist subcontractors and general contractors.
  • Collaborate with inside sales to track leads and work with the Infrastructure sales team to close deals.
  • Coordinate with DOT specialists to maintain and obtain product approvals across all DOTs in the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and DOT personnel to maximize sales coverage.
  • Build a comprehensive Contractor Program through evaluation, product education, and application techniques for strategic markets.
  • Achieve a prominent position in product positioning within DOTs.
  • Analyze regional market conditions, identify new product needs and trends, and recommend actions to the VP to meet sales goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows and associations to strengthen market leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in construction chemical sales within DOTs.
  • Ability to establish relationships with sales teams across multiple states to meet objectives.
  • Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills to achieve targets.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales or a related field.
