Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales operations look professional and reflect the company image.
• Provide quotes; may visit job sites to measure and extract blueprint data.
• Obtain material and labor estimates to develop quotes following guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle calls and provide estimates to customers.
• Assist in collecting accounts receivable as needed.
• Coordinate sales with installation dates and field crews.
• Maintain good public relations within the community.
