Job summary

Peerless Fence is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial installations, coordinate subcontractors, and report to the Director of Commercial Operations. You will manage schedules, allocate resources, and ensure accuracy of labor and material costs while maintaining great client relations.

The role focuses on coordinating with clients, crews, and internal teams to ensure on-time installation and a high-quality end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with project scheduling and coordination in construction or field services.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with common business software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Review new projects for accuracy and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for materials and timelines.
• Maintain regular client communications and update project statuses.
• Notify utilities and coordinate on-site safety and quality objectives.
• Document project communications and progress in the CRM system.
• Track project finances and labor/material cost versus budget.
