Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Project Safety Director to command EH&S on a $1B+ construction project in Allentown, PA. You will lead a 4-10 person safety team, sit with senior leadership, and set the project safety standard for a high-profile build.

The role requires 13+ years in construction safety, a safety degree, OSHA 30, CHST (or willing to obtain within 6 months), and strong incident-investigation skills. Base salary is $150,000–$175,000 with a year-end bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of construction safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid/AED.
• CHST (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
• Experience leading a safety team and investigations.

What You Bring

• 13+ years of construction safety experience (Bachelor's in Safety or related field, or equivalent combo of education/training/experience)
• Proven management experience, you know how to delegate and direct a team
• Deep incident investigation expertise
• OSHA 30, current CPR/First Aid/AED
• CHST (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
• Comfortable with MS Office and EHS software platforms
