Confidential is seeking a Project Safety Manager in North Carolina to ensure project site compliance with environmental and safety policies. This role involves leading safety initiatives on construction projects valued up to $40M and requires strong interpersonal skills along with at least four years of related experience.
The ideal candidate will develop safety programs, manage subcontractor relationships, and create reports to improve site safety metrics. Full benefits, including a competitive salary of $72,000 - $130,000, 401k contributions, and a company vehicle are offered.

Job Summary:
Partner with the BU EHSD, PX, PM, and Superintendents to ensure project site compliance with Company Environmental, Health & Safety, and risk control policies and procedures. Lead, direct, and enforce safety on a single construction project or on multiple smaller projects (not to exceed a combined total of $40M) within the business units geographic area. This role requires adherence to safety staffing requirements as defined by Headquarters EH&S*, and the identification, elimination, and control of hazardous conditions that may lead to injury or property damage. This is achieved using job-specific safety standards, best management practices, and the Building L.I.F.E. program.
In this role, you'll report to the Business Unit EH&S Director.
