Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Project Quality Manager to lead quality control for industrial construction efforts in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee welding and piping inspections, develop QA plans, and ensure adherence to ASME/AWS standards while coordinating with engineering, fabrication, and field teams.

The role requires AWS CWI or ASNT VT II certification, 5+ years in QC, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• AWS CWI or ASNT VT II certification is required.
• 5+ years of Quality Control Inspector experience.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting drawings.
• Knowledge of ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE codes and standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Weld map isometric drawings, welding and piping inspections, and project turnover.
• Enter welding and inspection information into tracking tools.
• Develop and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs).
• Review NDE/NDT reports and coordinate with NDE personnel.
• Plan and support root cause analyses and corrective action reports.
