  • Audit project-specific Quality Control Plans to make sure required inspections, documentation, and procedures are being followed.
  • Work with the General Contractor's Quality Assurance Manager on inspection planning, project compliance, non-conformances, and quality audits.
  • Participate in weekly project meetings to stay up to date on upcoming work, project status, deadlines, and quality requirements.
  • Communicate project quality expectations to new inspectors and ensure the team understands applicable requirements.
  • Review purchased materials and components and provide input regarding acceptance, quality, and vendor performance.
  • Perform and oversee quality inspections, testing, documentation, and integration activities.
  • Review design and project documentation for compliance with applicable requirements.

  • Document inspection and quality activities in accordance with company procedures.
  • Prepare quality reports and communicate significant issues, trends, and recommended improvements to management.
  • Help develop practical solutions to quality problems and continuously improve project processes.
  • Stay current on applicable industry standards, codes, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical information to project teams, management, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and administrative direction to personnel involved in QA/QC activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by QA/QC leadership and the project team.
